Breakfast was second to none with wide variety.

no fuss in booking or checking in, helpful and polite staff, excellent chioce of food

excellent 3 star hotel. the public areas were very clean and pleasantly furnished.The food was plentiful if a little British. excellent fish. The bar prices were excellent with 2 for one on all drinks[except tea and coffee]Most suitable for the older but lively guest.

Immaculate hotel with a fantastic pool area.

I was appalled by the dismissive attitude of the reception staff, who were completely unhelpful when I needed assistance. The room was not cleaned properly, and I had to make several requests just to get clean towels, stained and unacceptable. To top it off, upon raising my complaints, I was met with rude replies, indicating that they valued their reputation over customer satisfaction.

we had a good family holliday. the hotel catered well in the dinning room and bedroom accomodation. it was good to go out of season ,the summer would have been unbearable, heat noise and people.

central to all night life and shopping, close to the beach, good food and kind, helpful staff. Car parking and mobility chair was a plus.

We just had a fabulous 4-night stay here! The room was perfect for my family, especially since I'm a wheelchair user. The food variety was amazing, and the pool was fantastic. I would definitely return!

Food and the situation of the hotel where good. The room was small but on a contrary the balcon was very spacious.

There are thin walls in the rooms, so that if the young people decide to cause disturbance in the corridor, you can hear all inside in your room. Surprisingly the safebox in a room was payable and old-fasioned (you had to pick up the key and lock in the reception, of course with the money!), although in many good hotels today are rooms, which are equiped with modern, free of charge automatic safeboxes.

The hotel was spotless and clean> The choice of food was excellent.I Could find any fault with this wonderful hotel. I would recommend the hotel and would return in the future

The hotel was really nice and clean, perfect location right by the beach. There were loads of sunbeds and the pool area was really big, always chill. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety like english bacon and sausages. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a great time overall and will def come back!

The room was a bit small for us. The entertainment could have been better for younger folks.

On the flip side, the food was choice!

The location was particularly good and fab, near Rincon Deloix Public Beach. The staff was five star and the food was great. The breakfast was sensational, with a huge variety of food.

This hotel is in an excellent location with food and service second to none. Within easy walking distance to both indoor and outdoor markets. Have stayed in this hotel before and will definately stay again
